Network Engineer

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions that support various business operations and optimize performance. Your expertise will help ensure effective network connectivity, security, and reliability across the organization's infrastructure.

You will work closely with IT teams to understand their networking needs and work to deliver effective solutions that enhance organizational performance and support strategic objectives.

• Design and implement network systems, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Configure and manage networking devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and stability, identifying areas for improvement and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop and implement network security protocols to safeguard data and technology infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams to assess network needs and install necessary upgrades.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations, standards, and procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and trends that can improve operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in network engineering or related roles.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• At least 2 year of IT professional experience, with experience in networking.
• Experience working with BGP, EIGRP, and ISIS (mandatory).
• Experience with network-related equipment, including the use of sniffers, network monitoring tools, etc.
• Operating and troubleshooting experience with the following Cisco products:
• Switches: 6500, 4500, 3750, 3560, 2960
• Technical knowledge of the following technologies and protocols:
• VLAN
• VTP
• Trunk (802.1q)
• Spanning Tree
