As part of our ongoing expansion and focus on robust governance, we are seeking a seasoned ERP & Apps Manager with specialized experience in container and multi‑purpose port operations, control frameworks, and risk management.

The ERP & Apps Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analyzing complex business processes, designing robust system architectures, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of enterprise applications.

• Run and maintain ERP systems for all RSGT business units.
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade software interfaces with the business system. Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs.
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
• Research and recommend hardware and software development, purchase, and use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration.
• Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise.
• Write and maintain system documentation.
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system.
• Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Other duties as assigned; involved and conducting training program;
  User Acceptance test & Quality Assurance test etc.
• Provide timely support to Business Applications.
• Ensure technology is accessible application software.
• Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access and high availability of systems. Maintenance and administration of User Access, Privilege and Role Documentation, Incident Management and Enhancement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
