- Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper V), storage, and backup solutions.
- Operate and maintain security systems: EDR, SIEM, IAM, email security, and vulnerability management tools.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and domain level services.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment (email, One Drive, SharePoint, Intune).
- Conduct periodic security audits, patching, and hardening based on cybersecurity standards (e.g., NCA controls).
- Ensure availability and reliability of data center resources and cloud workloads.
- Document procedures, configurations, and incident response actions.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, AD, M365, and backup technologies.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (SIEM/EDR/IAM concepts).
- Certifications preferred: MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, Azure Admin, Security+, CEH.
- 4-6 years in systems administration, infrastructure, or cybersecurity operations.
- Experience managing hybrid environments (on prem + cloud) is an advantage.
