Junior Application Manager Job Jeddah area,Saudi Arabia,IT/Tech

Purpose of the Job

To manage the new e-commerce system and act as a coordination point between the ADC sales team and the IT department to ensure smooth operations and system functionality.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior application managers on planning, implementation, and upgrading of software and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve daily software and application issues by providing timely and effective solutions.
Provide technical support and training to staff on new and existing software applications.
Assist in the creation, maintenance, and management of company databases.
Monitor the roll-out of new applications and updates to ensure smooth integration and proper functionality.
Document technical procedures, protocols, and user manuals according to established standards.
Stay updated with the latest software developments and industry trends to recommend future improvements..

Preferred Candidate

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and identify solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
