» Creating and maintaining project plan based on requirements document for fixed-cost or progressive

projects.

» Managing scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.

» Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the

project lifecycle.

» Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and

maximize productivity.

» Reviewing sprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders.

» Ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.

» Collaborating with business analyst to develop documentation and technical guides for end users.

» Promoting company and project standards in all deliverables.

» Preparing status reports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members.

» Communicating with other TPMs to ensure adherence to project management best practices and

methodologies.

» BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

» Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure projects.

» Minimum 8 years of experience including at least 3 years as TPM.» Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, google cloud or AWS.

» Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

» Delivery oriented and multi-tasking skills.

» Strong communication and reporting skills.

» Problem solving and leadership skills.
