Senior Executive Manager - Cloud Engineering

Role

Purpose:

To design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and services across multi‑cloud environments. The Cloud Platform Engineer ensures scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient operations leveraging GCP and OCI platforms. This role is critical to modernizing Bupa Arabia’s infrastructure through automation, observability, and adherence to security and compliance standards.

• Design and Implementation:

  Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure across GCP and OCI.

• Automation and Optimization:

  Automate provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud SDK; implement CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build, Jenkins, or Git Hub Actions.

• Security and Compliance:

  Apply and maintain IAM policies, encryption, and security configurations in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Monitoring and Reliability:

  Implement observability tools (e.g., Stackdriver, Prometheus) to monitor availability, cost, and performance.

• Collaboration and Support:

  Partner with application, security, and operations teams to enable cloud‑native architectures and resolve incidents.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay current with cloud advancements and recommend new tools and practices to improve infrastructure efficiency.
