Overview
HR Associate Partner is a hands-on role providing comprehensive HR support at Amazon's Fulfilment Center. Working in alignment with Operations shift patterns, this position serves as the primary HR contact for associates, handling diverse inquiries spanning benefits, payroll, and general HR matters. The role executes people initiatives, drives employee engagement, and maintains HR operational excellence. The incumbent will execute projects of varying complexity and provide administrative support.
They will also be responsible for analyzing HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision making. This position requires strict adherence to confidentiality standards and service level agreements, while consistently driving process improvements and HR functional excellence. The role balances administrative precision with critical thinking to create positive employee experiences and raise the bar in HR service delivery.
- Serve as the first point of contact for associate HR-related queries, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up within established SLAs.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including attendance, leaves, onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle events.
- Maintain accurate HR records, process HR transactions, and support various HR initiatives and programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations teams to support daily HR activities and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements while handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Support HR projects, conduct basic HR investigations, and contribute to creating a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with Fulfillment Center Operations, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in data analysis, metrics tracking, and report generation.
- Proficiency in identifying problems, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- 1+ years of experience in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly advanced Excel), and ability to adapt to new HR technologies.
- Experience with or willingness to learn AI-enabled HR platforms and automation tools to enhance process efficiency and data analysis.
