Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Consultant to support daily HR operations, manage employee data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and hands-on experience with HR systems.
Required Skills- Data Entry:
Ability to handle sensitive data with high accuracy. - Communication Skills:
Capable of communicating professionally with employees in both English and Arabic. - Excel & Power Point :
Strong experience in preparing reports and presentations. - Saudi Labor Law:
Good understanding of relevant labor regulations. - System Experience:
Familiarity with HR systems and the ability to work efficiently within them.
