What This Role Is About
As an HR Business Partner for the commercial function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and driving organisational effectiveness.
You will work closely with commercial leadership to ensure that talent, culture, and HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives and support sustainable minimum growth.
Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to provide HR guidance on talent management, performance, employee engagement, and organisational design. This role also encompasses supporting workforce planning, implementing HR initiatives that enhance capability, and fostering a high‑performance culture.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross‑functional HR teams to ensure compliance with regulations, support change management, and provide insights from HR analytics that inform strategic decisions.
Your contributions will be central to developing and retaining top talent, optimising team performance, and supporting the overall success of the commercial вставfunction.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least tratamento 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role, preferably within a fast‑moving commercial or consumer‑oriented environment
- B servings dr’s bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Chính Hành, s or a related field; HR certifications or an MBA is a plus
- Proven trackystalline record in partnering with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that drive performance and support strategic objectives
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, performance frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, manage complex people matters, and support organisational change
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate workforce data into actionable recommendations
