Position OverviewThe HR & Admin Manager will lead the Human Resources and Administration functions in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strategic HR professional who can drive organizational development, employee engagement, and compliance, while ensuring smooth administrative operations. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and prior experience in manufacturing preferably in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management systems, employee development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement programs, training, and capability-building initiatives.
- Manage compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR budgeting.
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Supervise administrative functions including office management, facilities, and employee services.
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work culture.
- Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized Western institution (Europe, North America, Australia, or equivalent). - Experience:
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR and Administration experience in a manufacturing environment; preference for candidates with experience in building materials manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance standards.
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership and policy development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic is an advantage. - Saudi Nationals are highly preferred for this role.
