Job Title:
Investigation Officer
We are seeking a qualified Investigation Officer with strong experience in labor investigations to ensure fair, compliant, and well-documented handling of employee-related cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct labor investigations related to employee misconduct, violations, and grievances
- Interview employees, witnesses, and relevant stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner
- Collect, analyze, and document evidence in line with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare clear and accurate investigation reports with findings and recommendations
- Ensure investigations are handled objectively, ethically, and confidentially
- Coordinate with HR and management on corrective actions and case closure
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in labor investigations
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- High level of integrity and discretion
