We are looking for a passionate and innovative Talent Acquisition Lead who is excited about technology, curious about AI, and driven by connecting with people and has the knowledge of conducting a competency based interview.
In this role, you will be the key partner with our Technology departments, and bring fresh ideas to how we attract and engage top talent. More than filling roles, you'll play a key part in promoting our culture, ensuring a human-centric hiring experience, and helping us grow with the right people on board.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet Salla's standards and fit within our culture.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting Salla's mission and values to potential candidates.
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for Technology roles.
- Strong understanding of various recruiting platforms, tools, techniques, and ATS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
- 3 years experience in full cycle recruitment in company or agency.
- Keen attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Competency based interview skills.
- Experience in making behavioural and situational interviews
- Experience with AI-powered recruiting solutions.
- degree in organisational psychology is a plus
