A leading hotel group is looking for a customer-focused Reservations Supervisor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in hotel reservations and be proficient in reservation management systems. Responsibilities include leading the reservations team, maximizing revenue, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Strong leadership, customer service, and analytical skills are essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
