As an F&B Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and professional delivery of services to hotel guests. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Executing service delivery in strict adherence to brand service standards
- Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, with meticulous attention to detail
- Participating fully in departmental training sessions to enhance professional skills and elevate service levels
- Engaging with guests in a professional and courteous manner to maximize guest satisfaction
- Contributing to the hotel's financial performance through efficient and high-quality service
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
• Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
• Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used
• Respect the hotels commitment to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc)
• Ensures that health, hygiene and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the departments in compliance with HACCP standards and procedures
Be aware of any activities/events operating within the hotel in order to promote and maximize sales.
Attend the departmental communication meetings and training sessions and to operate in line with the instructions received.
Adhere to the hotel rules at all times.
Perform related duties as assigned.
