• Welcomes guests and ensures they are attended to: presents menus, offers recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
• Ensures stocks at the outlet are replenished and checked accordingly.
• Maintains a proper inventory of items, replaces expired items, keeps the pantry organized and coordinates with the Purchasing team for requisitions along with the Senior Bartender.
• Liaises with the Supervisor and Assistant Manager for items that should be charged to guests.
• Ensures the area is well maintained at all times.

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
