Responsibilities- Assists to ensure that Food and Beverage activities align with corporate strategy and hotel actions are implemented appropriately. nez(eject)
- Assist in preparing and updating departmental operations manuals.
- Conduct regular divisional communication meetings and ensure departmental briefings are effective.
- Deliver brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments.
- Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, following through to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Establish rapport with guests to maintain good customer relationships.
- Ensure that minimum brand standards and all Food and Beverage Essentials are implemented.
