Job Summary

The Residence Guest Service Associate is responsible for guest registration, check‑out, cashiering, foreign exchange, and providing assistance with guest queries and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check supplies to ensure stock sufficiency for the shift or day.
  • Prepare all required documents (registration forms, welcome folders, etc.) prior to guest arrivals.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival.
  • Check OPMS records for guest history and specialized instructions.
  • Assist guests in completing registration forms and direct them to appropriate lifts; coordinate with Concierge staff.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a hotel.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Friendly, cheerful, and pleasant demeanor.
  • Position is for Saudi Nationals only.
