Guest Service Officer - Saudi National Only at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea.
Responsibilities- Welcome all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional staying experience.
- Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers and support the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
- Ideally you have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are required.
