Medical Representative

To promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in assigned territories, ensuring product awareness, proper usage, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company strategy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Promote assigned products through scientific detailing and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in product training and continuous development programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in pharmaceutical sales or related field; preferred minimum 2 years at the same position, preferred to be in Ophthalmology.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and healthcare systems.
• Sales techniques, CRM systems, territory management, data reporting.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, depending on healthcare professional availability.
• High ethical standards and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
