Product Specialist - Orthopedic; Reconstruction

Zahrawi Group is a leading company in the GCC Healthcare Industry with presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman. The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and analytical industries.

The incumbent will be responsible for promoting products and services to customers, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction to maximize profits.

• Adhere to all Zahrawi policies and procedures.
• Market Knowledge: Conduct market research, analyze trends, identify new products, plan product releases, and maintain technical knowledge.
• Business Development: Establish contact with new customers, perform product demonstrations, follow up, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
• Marketing: Coordinate with marketing for materials, maintain relationships with existing customers, recommend new products, and support customer needs.
• Operating Theatre: Attend surgeries, assist with equipment issues.
• Data Tracking: Prepare reports and maintain records.
• Orders & Invoicing: Place orders, coordinate with procurement, finance, and logistics for timely delivery and proper invoicing.
• Application: Conduct training sessions, assist customers with equipment, run validation tests, and resolve issues.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a medical science-related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in medical sales, with experience attending surgeries.
• Skills: Knowledge of human anatomy and medical field, good communication, presentation, negotiation, and MS Office skills.
• Additional: Based in Jeddah, valid KSA driving license, willingness to travel.
