Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospital Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our medical staff to provide support and assistance in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and a passion for helping others.

• Assist medical staff with patient examinations and procedures
• Take and record patient vital signs and medical history
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
• Administer medications as directed by medical staff
• Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Provide patient education and support
• Ensure compliance with all medical and safety protocols
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
