Job Title: Assistant Consultant – Orthopedics

An excellent opportunity to join one of Saudi Arabias leading hospitals as an Assistant Consultant in Orthopedics
. This role offers the chance to provide high‑quality surgical care, support senior consultants, and contribute to teaching, research, and departmental development.

• Undertake clinical work across all areas of orthopedics under supervision of senior consultants.
• Perform surgical procedures within approved privileges and assist in operating theatre duties.
• Contribute to morbidity/mortality reviews, quality improvement, and departmental administration.
• Attend departmental meetings and represent Orthopedics in hospital committees.
• Arrange equitable on‑call rosters with peers and seniors to ensure adequate coverage.
• Teach and mentor residents, interns, and junior staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

• Graduation from a medical school recognized by NGHA.
• Completion of a structured, accredited residency training program in Orthopedics.
• Board Certification approved by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Positive professional references.

• Proficiency in English (essential).
• Additional proficiency in Arabic preferred.

• Strong clinical expertise in orthopedic surgery.
• Effective communication and teaching skills.
• Computer proficiency (Level I essential).
