Position: Territory Manager (Biomedical Engineering background) - Saudi National

About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional to join the International Sales team as an in-market Territory Manager, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

As Territory Manager, you will generate demand and grow distributor sales by developing strong relationships with distributors and their representatives. With a sound clinical and product understanding you will be responsible for educating distributors, developing sustainable growth by increasing their dedicated sales focus on F&P therapies. The ability to influence is a critical requirement.

You will enable a fundamental change in clinical practice through the implementation of our unique sales process. Your effective distributor and customer relationships will help you implement a specific strategy that positions the business for strong and sustainable growth.

About You

To comply with Saudisation quota requirements, we are only able to consider a Saudi National for this position.

  • MUST have a Biomedical Engineering certificate and be registered on the Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • Medical device sales experience would be an advantage.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence customers and stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes.
  • An enthusiasm to learn and understand the full range of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare products.
  • Innovative thinking and the ability to develop and implement new strategies.
  • A pro-active and global mindset, with a can-do attitude.
