Job description

The manager is responsible for supporting all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries.

Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating with the clients. Working closely with team members in both firms however will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and will play a key role in clients management and practice development.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables
  • Oversee and manage the execution of clients engagements.
  • Contributing directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications. Gathering data pertinent to the engagement through clients interactions, including face-to-face meetings, and clients visits.
  • Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities across various industries using IVS / globally accepted relevant approaches and theories.
  • Supervising a team of analysts to ensure the accuracy and quality of the timely deliverables.
  • Managing administrative responsibilities towards the engagement such as engagement letters, reporting, invoicing, and collections of fees.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial approaches including Discounted Cash Flow, comparable, stock option, and intangible asset models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Passion for financial markets and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of working with databases including Capital IQ, Venture Intelligence, etc. is recommended.
  • Highly proficient in spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
