Head of Financial Planning Analysis

NAQUA (National Aquaculture Group) is seeking a highly experienced Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting to join our Finance leadership team in Jeddah.

As a Senior Leadership role, you will lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, acting as a strategic partner to our diversified business units-from aquaculture and feed mills to industrial processing and corporate functions.

• Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budgeting cycle, multi-year business planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Executive Reporting: Oversee high-level management reporting, delivering actionable insights and dashboards to the Executive Committee and Board.
• Financial Governance: Establish robust FP&A policies, ensuring data integrity and alignment with long-term growth strategies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Experience: 12-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior FP&A leadership role.
• Industry Background: Proven experience in large-scale Industrial, Manufacturing, Agribusiness, or FMCG environments is essential.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
• Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, ERP systems, capital investment evaluation, and strategic stakeholder management.
