Finance Business Partner FAMCO KSA

As a Finance Business Partner for FAMCO KSA, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, governance, and commercial decision-making across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, you will support strategic initiatives, ensure robust financial controls, and contribute to sustainable growth within Al-Futtaim Automotive
.

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end close in line with Group accounting policies and IFRS requirements
• Partner with business leaders through monthly performance reviews, providing insights and recommending improvement initiatives
• Support commercial decision-making through financial analysis, pricing support, and tender evaluations
• Review and support contracts for large B2B customers, including pricing, LCs, SBLCs, and bank guarantees
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and working capital improvements
• Ensure compliance with VAT, statutory requirements, internal controls, and Group financial processes
• Liaise with Group functions including Legal, HR, EIT, Admin, and other Al-Futtaim entities
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and petty cash activities
• Manage SAP-related finance process changes to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of branch accountants, ensuring KPIs, accuracy, and continuous improvement

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional qualification is an advantage)
• Experience in a business partnering role within a complex, multi-entity environment
• Solid understanding of IFRS, VAT, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in contract review, pricing, and tender support

You will be part of a high-performing finance team within Al-Futtaim Automotive
, supporting FAMCO KSA and FAMCO Bahrain. The team works closely with commercial and operational stakeholders, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the business.

• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in financial reporting, controlling, and compliance
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and influence commercial decisions
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• SAP experience and a process-improvement mindset
