Job Purpose:

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing performance, and supporting decision-making through strategic insights. This position requires a strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to present findings clearly to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the board.
  • Strategic Insights:
    Provide data-driven financial insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting:
    Develop financial forecasts and budget reports to inform business planning.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Analyze financial performance and recommend ways to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Project Management:
    Conduct financial analyses and risk forecasting for projects, aligning outcomes with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    5+ years in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Certification: FMVA certification is mandatory.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, and AI-related tools.
  • Analytical Abilities:
    Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex financial data.
  • Communication:
    Clear communicator, able to present financial insights to both specialists and non-specialists.
  • Collaboration:

    Team-oriented with effective leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
