Sidra Capital is seeking a highly detail-oriented and compliance-focused Credit Operations Officer to join the Business Operations & Custody Division. The role is responsible for managing the operational processes related to credit applications, approvals, documentation, and credit portfolio administration. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and seamless coordination among internal and external stakeholders to support robust and efficient credit operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end credit and loan operations, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and full compliance with CMA/SAMA and internal policies.
  • Validate and maintain credit documentation, facility agreements, collateral records, covenants, and KYC files, while monitoring expiries and key obligations.
  • Prepare operational and regulatory reports, reconcile loan transactions and balances, and support internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with credit, risk, legal, compliance, IT, custodians, and banks to resolve issues and ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Evaluate and enhance credit operational processes, provide guidance and training to staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring professional service standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in credit operations, banking operations, or related financial services roles.
  • Strong understanding of credit products, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, planning, time management, and communication skills.
