Finance And Administration Manager

My client isa group of innovation-based industrial solutions companies operating globally, headquartered in Italy. Leaders in the sectors of:
Advanced automated machinery and material, Industrial process solutions and Precision gears

Their customers are leading players in a broad range of industries, including Consumer Goods, Tobacco, Healthcare, Aerospace, Racing & Automotive and Electronics etc.

- Economic and Financial Management Project Civil Works

- Billing and Accounting General and analytical.

- Management of Accounting supporting documentation

- Bank reconciliations.

- Management of Subcontractors and Suppliersaccounting andcontractsdocumentation.

- Management ofcollectionsand payments.

- Costs reconciliation with partners and day-by-dayCost control.

- Preparation of monthly closings, reportingand prepare ad-hoc information when required.

- Budget and planning.

Experience:

- At least 7 years’ experience in the Department of Administration / Finance Company Construction sector. Experience will be particularly valued in Civil Engineering sector.

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance - Business Administration / CA/ CFA or equivalent.

- Advanced user of accounting and Management control tools (Navision or similar ERP)

- Experience in UTEs (must say Consortiums or it is equivalent word in English)
Management department.

- Worked in International Environments

- Organized, proactive, flexible, endurance and high commitment.

- Knowledge of Office (Advanced user levelof Excel)

- Language:
Spanish –Native;
English – Medium to High Level;
Arabic:
