About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Architectural Engineer to join our team in a dual-capacity role. You will be the bridge between technical field execution and high-level engineering consultancy. This position requires a leader who can manage a diverse team of technicians while simultaneously providing expert architectural advice for our consultancy partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Management & Field Operations:

• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and lead a team of multi-disciplinary technicians
• Quality Control:
  Conduct on-site inspections to ensure all maintenance and finishing works meet the highest industry standards.
• Workflow Management:
  Schedule daily tasks, manage material procurement, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tickets.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Ensure all field staff adhere to safety protocols and building codes.
• Technical Advisory:
  Act as the primary Architectural Consultant for our partner engineering consultancy firm.
• Design Review:
  Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals for accuracy and feasibility.
• Client Liaison:
  Attend stakeholder meetings to provide technical insights and professional architectural recommendations.
• Problem Solving:
  Develop creative and efficient architectural solutions for complex site challenges.

Requirements

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in site supervision, facility management, or finishing works, with proven work experience in Saudi Arabia
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office and Saudi Code
• Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of MEP integration within architectural finishes.
