Are you experienced in Critical Infrastructure Commissioning Processes? AWS is looking for a dynamic Commissioning Engineer (CxE) to support the delivery of AWS Data Centers. As a Data Center Commissioning Engineer, you will be part of a highly creative, efficient team tasked with tackling fascinating and challenging problems building and supporting the operations of AWS owned data centres within the APJC region and globally.

The AWS Data Center Capacity Delivery Commissioning team (DCCD Cx) understands, evaluates, defines and manages the expectations of construction and equipment quality in accordance to engineering designs to meet the customer requirements.

• Oversee and coordinate the multi‑discipline division of work related to pre‑commissioning and commissioning of Amazon critical infrastructure construction and special projects.
• Support and supervise vendors, contractors, and other teams involved in the construction and commissioning of various systems including medium and low voltage power systems, generators, UPS, HVAC, chilled water, BMS and EPMS systems; provide multi‑discipline input into scheduling, designing and planning of projects.
• Review all multi‑discipline integrated systems testing and commissioning documents to ensure compliance with the basis of design, specifications and standards of the project.
• Ensure all commissioning procedures follow appropriate safety practices, policies and procedures; audit commissioning activities continuously to ensure compliance with environmental, quality and safety requirements.
• Communicate proactively with the DCCD Cx Regional Manager and the DCCD Cx team to ensure that the applicable test documents are created in accordance with all commissioning requirements.
• Provide weekly reporting of commissioning progress and metrics for assigned projects in the AWS project reporting format; work on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
