Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project budgets (construction & maintenance).
- Track actual costs versus budget and identify cost variances.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor manpower costs, equipment utilization, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to control cost exposure.
- Analyze project profitability and margin performance.
- Review subcontractor costs and support variation cost validation.
- Establish cost control procedures and reporting systems.
- Support management with financial analysis and performance dashboards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
EducationBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Finance (Engineering background preferred)
Experience | الخبرة- Minimum 5–8 years in contracting companies
- Strong experience in cost control for landscape or infrastructure projects
- Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
- Strong skills in Excel and cost reporting systems
