A leading manpower solutions provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Primary Design Engineer for HV/EHV GIS & AIS substation projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for pre-bid engineering, detailed engineering, and ensuring compliance with standards. A degree in Electrical Engineering and 7–10 years of relevant experience are essential, along with strong skills in equipment sizing and grounding design.
Gulf experience is mandatory for this position.
