Responsible for team leadership and project delivery

• Support the Regional Director/Technical Director with MEP project delivery, client satisfaction, job profitability, job cash flow, project quality, technical content of projects, QAQC of projects.
• Present to clients.
• Prepare client/project proposals.
• Resolve staff issues.
• Lead MEP delivery on a diverse range of projects.
• Approve packages delivered by the respective team.
• Check work authored.
• Manage team resources to meet project demands, ensuring optimal utilisation of team members.
• Motivate team members and foster a positive approach to project delivery.
• Manage training of team members and identify training needs.

• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Well‑versed in Local Authority Standards of KSA.
• Proficient in mechanical calculations (HAP; IES).
• Capable of reviewing CFD models and delivering designs that are both technically sound and commercially viable.
