Aboutthe Role
As a Sales and Service Engineer based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will play a key role in promoting and supporting a portfolio of advanced laboratory instruments, including Flour & Dough Analyzers, NIR, discrete analyzers, and other analytical technologies. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with clients across various industries, providing expert product knowledge, technical support, and hands‑on assistance during installation, commissioning, and ongoing operations.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen, while contributing to the success of a leading provider of scientific solutions in the region.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities- Drive sales for analytical/laboratory instruments (NIR, Flour & Dough Analyzers, Discrete Analyzers, etc.)
- Perform product demos, customer training, and pre-/post-sales technical support
- Manage installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across industries
- Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate internally to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in the sales and servicing of analytical instruments, with a focus on Flour & Dough Analyzers, NIR instruments, and discrete analyzers.
- Strong technical background in chemistry-related instrumentation and their applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, customer‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
