Electrical Engineer; Power Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer (Power Manager) to oversee all power and electrical systems for a high-profile international football tournament in the Kingdom. This is a critical, site-based leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted power supply across multiple venues and operational areas.

• Lead the planning, installation, and management of power distribution systems for all venues
• Monitor and ensure uninterrupted electricity supply to operational areas, broadcast, and venue facilities
• Supervise electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors on-site
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety and compliance measures for all electrical systems
• Manage backup power systems, generators, and emergency power protocols
• Coordinate with venue operations, broadcast, IT, and technical teams for power requirements
• Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Maintain documentation, logs, and reports on power usage, incidents, and maintenance

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience managing power systems for large-scale events, venues, or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, generators, UPS systems, and safety standards
• Leadership experience supervising electrical teams and contractors
• Ability to work under high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Experience with multi-venue or sports events is highly advantageous
• Fluent in Arabic and English
