Broadcast Manager

Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Short-term (1-3 months) or up to 12-month contract

We are seeking an experienced Broadcast Manager to oversee all broadcast operations for a high-profile international football tournament in the Kingdom. This is a critical, site-based leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless live production, transmission, and broadcast quality across all venues.

• Manage all broadcast operations including live feeds, transmission, and on-site production
• Coordinate with technical teams, broadcast partners, and venue staff
• Supervise broadcast engineers, camera crews, and technical support teams
• Ensure adherence to broadcast schedules, quality standards, and technical specifications
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement real-time solutions during live events
• Manage broadcast infrastructure, equipment, and resources across venues
• Oversee connectivity, redundancy, and contingency plans for uninterrupted transmission
• Prepare reports on broadcast operations, performance, and post-event analysis

• Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering, Media, Electronics, or related field
• Proven experience managing broadcast operations for large-scale events or live sports
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Knowledge of live broadcast systems, transmission technology, and equipment setup
• Ability to perform under high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Experience with multi-venue events, sports broadcasting, or media production is highly advantageous
• Fluent in Arabic and English
