B.Sc. in Engineering or related fields, with over 5 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas or aviation sectors. Mandatory certifications include NEBOSH Level 3, and familiarity with Aramco SMS standards is preferred. This role requires strong leadership in coordinating safety standards and practices.
