HSE Project Officer
- Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking HSE Project Officer to join our project involving pump-house overhaul, filtration upgrades, SCADA integration, and firefighting system improvement.
- Implement and monitor HSE plans in line with Aramco & JIG standards.
- Supervise mechanical works (pump refurbishment, piping, testing, commissioning).
- Conduct inspections, prepare toolbox talks (TBT), and maintain HSE documentation.
- Lead safety meetings, risk assessments, and ensure Permit-to-Work compliance.
- Coordinate with client, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure safety requirements.
B.Sc. in Engineering / Science / Safety or related field.
5 years+ HSE experience in Oil & Gas, refineries, or aviation projects.
Familiar with Aramco SMS standards.
Certifications- NEBOSH Level 3 minimum (mandatory)
- OSHA / ISO 9001 and 45001 Auditor are preferred
