Responsible for team leadership and project delivery

Support the Regional Director/Technical Director with the following:

• MEP project delivery
• Client satisfaction
• Job profitability
• Job cash flow
• Project quality
• Technical content of projects
• QAQC of projects

Be experienced and proficient at:

• Presenting to clients
• Preparing client/project proposals
• Resolving staff issues

Responsible for technical content of respective projects within respective team. Implement processes defined by Technical Director's. Able to lead MEP delivery on a diverse range of projects.

Be responsible for approving packages delivered by the respective team. Responsible for checking work authored.

Management of respective team to effectively manage resources to meet project demands, ensuring optimal utilization of team member.

Motivate respective team members and foster a positive approach to project delivery.

Be responsible for respective team members training and identifying training needs of team members.

Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.

Should be well versed in Local authority Standards of KSA.

Well versed in the Mechanical calculations HAP; IES

Should be capable of reviewing CFD models and delivering designs that are both technically sound and commercially viable.
