Ge Vernova seeks a Senior Projects Interface Manager to lead the facilitation and integration of GSI scope (GSUT, breakers, switchgears, etc.) into the plants under the SEC Phase‑II Bulk Program, from pre‑design through final acceptance certificate.

• Primary interface point for Power Conversion project team on all GSI scope.
• Lead interface coordination across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely data, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with project managers and planners to track interface dependencies in Primavera P6 throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support engineering with plant‑level DCS/Controls interface requirements and cross‑functional teams on GSI interfaces (engineering data, quality, sourcing, EHS, progress reporting).
• Manage on‑site interfaces between PC/GSI and customer/EPC, including documentation submission (O&MM, TQs).
• Apply value stream mapping to continually improve interface processes and standardize collaboration across projects.
• Lead multi‑party interface workshops, drive STOP WORK culture, and enforce EHS life‑saving rules.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the energy industry in Saudi Arabia and at least 10 years of overall work experience.
• Experience on complex energy projects in Saudi Arabia with a focus on interface management.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6).
• Self‑starter with strong presentation skills to leadership and customers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel (~30%).

• Legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restrictions.

• Past interface management roles as a GEV Senior PM.
• Experience with GSI commissioning/installation.
• PMP certification.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, facilitation, and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, site challenges, supply chains, etc.
