Senior Exploration Geophysicist

Senior Exploration Geophysicist role for a global mining technology company. Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, full-time in-office with some field travel. Technical role with responsibility for high-level geophysical processing, inversion, modelling, and interpretation. Acts as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal leadership, contributing to best-practice technical workflows and processing and interpreting datasets.

• Lead advanced interpretation of seismic, electromagnetic, gravity, magnetic, and integrated geophysical datasets.
• Design and implement complex geophysical inversions and robust subsurface models.
• Define and uphold best-practice processing and interpretation workflows.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior geophysicists and maintain high technical standards.
• Some responsibility with coding and software development.
• Support major customer exploration programs and represent the organization at industry forums.

• 10+ years' experience in mineral exploration geophysics, including technical or project leadership.
• Expert knowledge of multiple geophysical methods and data integration.
• Strong experience in inversion, subsurface modelling, and uncertainty analysis.
• Advanced Python/coding skills for geophysical data analysis and automation.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Geology, or a related discipline (required).
