MEP Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (MEP Engineer) to support our building projects' team by performing design, calculations, drawings, submittals, take off, specs compliance, documentation and technical support for both electrical and mechanical systems.

• Electrical (LV): Conduct LV system design and calculations, including power supply to HVAC equipment and fire alarm interfacing - among other related tasks.
• Mechanical (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing): Perform system design and engineering calculations in line with ASHRAE and NFPA 20 - and other relevant requirements.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare, review, and perform minor editing of technical drawings - including Shop Drawings, As-built, Single Line, Riser, and Schematic - while ensuring their technical accuracy.
• Documentation: Prepare O&M manuals, preventive maintenance schedules, asset registers, and emergency procedures - and similar required records.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to site and procurement teams, respond to RFIs, and assist in Testing & Commissioning - along with other coordination tasks.
• Software: Use AutoCAD MEP (required), Revit MEP (preferred), and Dialux for lighting calculations - as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-10 years of experience in MEP design.
• Strong skills in drafting, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in engineering software and good English communication.
