As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative products across different platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create design solutions that meet business goals and exceed user expectations. Responsibilities- Design digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms
- Lead the design of new product features with an emphasis on user‑centered design principles
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business goals and requirements into effective design solutions
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and test design solutions to ensure user satisfaction
- Develop detailed design specifications and design documentation to support product development
- Drive design thinking and design culture throughout the organization, including mentoring junior designers on the team
- Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms by developing and maintaining design systems
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging design patterns
- Present design work and regularly engage with partners for feedback
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with an emphasis on UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Experience leading design projects from concept to execution
- Experience identifying customer insights through user research and discovery activities
- Experience developing design strategies that address customer and business problems
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
