Architect, Engineering Design & Technologists

Rawafid is looking for a creative and skilled Architect to join our innovative design team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects from initial sketches through to the completion of construction. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop project goals, ensuring that designs not only meet functional and aesthetic requirements but also comply with regulatory standards.

• Review of Technical Documents:
  Reviewing shop drawings, technical specifications, and required project documentation.
• Supervision of Execution:
  Monitoring and guiding site workers to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Resource Management:
  Identifying and providing the materials and tools required for the project and ensuring their efficient use.
• Coordination with Other Teams:
  Collaborating with engineers from all disciplines to ensure integration and coordination of engineering works.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensuring the quality of workmanship and materials used in accordance with standards and technical specifications.
• Problem Solving:
  Addressing technical and site issues that may arise during execution quickly and effectively.
• Change Management:
  Implementing necessary modifications to designs based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Periodic Inspection:
  Conducting regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with the project schedule, quality standards, and general and specific project specifications, and preparing periodic reports for management.
• Safety Compliance:
  Implementing occupational health and safety procedures on site to ensure the safety of all workers.
• Innovation and Sustainability:
  Adopting the latest technologies and sustainable design practices that contribute to reducing environmental impact.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
• Exceptional creativity and design skills with a strong portfolio of previous works.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
