** The Role
** The Senior Architect (Concourse C Lead) will lead architectural design delivery for Concourse C or similar aviation facilities. The role is responsible for managing design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and ensuring high-quality, compliant design outcomes across large-scale aviation projects.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead and manage the architectural design team for Concourse C works.
* Oversee design development from concept through detailed design.
* Coordinate architectural design activities with MEP, structural, and infrastructure disciplines.
* Ensure compliance with aviation standards, authority requirements, and project briefs.
* Review and approve design deliverables, reports, and presentations.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
** Key Qualifications and Experience
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
* 15+ years’ experience in architectural design for large-scale projects.
* Proven experience leading architectural design teams.
* Direct exposure to Concourse C or similar airport terminal facilities.
* Strong experience in design coordination and stakeholder management.
** Key Knowledge and Skills
*** Expert knowledge of architectural design principles for aviation projects.
* Strong multidisciplinary coordination and interface management skills.
* Proficiency in design reviews, technical approvals, and quality assurance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team mentoring capabilities.
