Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect Engineer with expertise in architectural design and design review. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and contributing to architectural projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing technical expertise.

• Lead and contribute to the architectural design process for assigned projects.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback to project teams to enhance design quality.
• Offer technical guidance and expertise in architectural design, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to integrate innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs.
• Liaise with external consultants and contractors as needed.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in architectural design and execution.
• Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design files, specifications, and progress reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all architectural documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of architectural permit applications.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and design review.
• Professional licensure or certification is highly desirable.
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
