We are looking for a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include answering calls, replying to messages, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent patient/customer service.
Qualifications:- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Hindi speaking is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple calls/messages efficiently
- Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus
