1. Sales Support & Client Relations

Lead Management: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, qualifying leads before handing them to the executive team.
Quoting & Proposals: Generate rapid, accurate shipping quotes and service proposals using various tools.
Onboarding: Manage the "honeymoon phase" of new clients, ensuring their first shipments are handled with white-glove service.

2. Operational Excellence

Load Coordination: Book, track, and trace shipments, ensuring real-time updates are communicated to all stakeholders.
Carrier Management: Vet and maintain relationships with third-party carriers and vendors to ensure we have the best capacity at the best rates.
Problem Solving: Proactively resolve delays, customer issues with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.

Skills

Fluent Spoken Arabic is a must
Professional proficiency in English for written reporting and international client communication.
