Job SummaryResponsible for delivering quality customer service by handling customer queries, resolving routine issues, and ensuring compliance with defined SOPs.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer interactions via voice, email, or chat professionally.
- Gather required information and resolve routine customer issues using a systematic approach.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly as per SOPs and knowledge management systems.
- Handle difficult customers with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and treat others with courtesy and respect.
- Adaptable communication style to work with diverse customers.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, good typing speed, and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently.
